Yeah! After 12 hours and almost 700 miles, we made it to the hotel in Denver. The kids did great and the drive was uneventful. Driving through the Colorado Mountains was a beautiful drive. Most of the peaks were 10,000 ft. Our poor car didn't go over 35-45 mph through the mountains. The highest peak was 11,200 ft. Lucky for us the kids slept through most of this part of the ride.
We are leaving to go eat now. I just wanted to let you know we made it safe and sound.
